I saw two crows
soaring in the sky
I watched them from
my apartment window
to the world.

They rose. They soared.
They flew in circles.
They floated in the sky.

As I watched their
graceful flying
I wondered what it
would be like to
fly like a crow
if only for a few
exhilarating minutes
or in a lucid dream
with a flock of
crow flyers
flapping our wings
into the skies
of the great unknown
and maybe with
some celebratory
caw caw caws.
