talk about a
day sucking
my car got
a flat tire today
but I’ve got AAA
with single call
help was
right on the way

the tire was shot
need a new one
but the AAA guy
pumped enough
air into the
flat tire
so i could drive
my car to the
repair shop
minutes away

tomorrow a
new tire and
an oil change

got a ride home
from the repair
people

but the best
news was
the AAA guy
and the repair
station employee
that drove me
home
both said
i don’t look
anywhere near
80 years of age

maybe that’s
because i don’t
feel 80

chronologically
i feel 60 and
i’ve always
looked young
for my age
