I once met a woman who said she loved seeing gore
in horror movies

In my head, I was thinking what kind of ghoul
are you to savor people being sliced and diced to death?

I truly believe you have to be psychologically sick
to equate gore with a visual treat

I further thought, woe to the man who gets married
to her one inauspicious day

no telling what a blood and guts, gore-loving woman
could be capable of

with one too many arguments aka verbal fights
he could end up sliced and diced on the kitchen floor.

A former beauty queen, a nurse
and mother of three
she shot her husband to death in Texas

I see marital homicides like this
all the time on true crime shows
one spouse killing the other

sometimes it’s for the insurance
sometimes so a spouse can have the kids
without having to go through a divorce court

sometimes there’s a lover involved
who is convinced to do the killing
conned into thinking
a husband is beating up the wife
or sexually abusing the children

sometimes it’s a mental health condition
where one spouse goes crazy

sometimes it’s close to justified
when the husband has been physically abusive
and will kill the wife if she leaves him
I see the wife killing this monster
as a case of self defense
before he kills her accidentally
or on purpose, even despite a restraining order

none of it makes sense to me
why fuck up your life because of another
unless it is in self defense to protect your life
like a battered and bruised wife
against a monster husband

and screw the life insurance
I wouldn’t want the blood money
I’d rather be poor and above being a murderer
I’d rather have my freedom than be imprisoned

I’d rather walk away from a miserable marriage
so toxic that one spouse hates the other
homicidally or close to homicidally

and one thing I have learned from watching
those homicidal marriages on true crime shows –

never be worth more dead than alive.

Unfettered, unvetted, illegals
pouring into Britain in the thousands
on boats from France
nobody really knows who they are
or what they’ve done

rapes, Pakistani grooming gangs,
knife attacks
many stabbed on a train
recently
harassment of females
and crimes increasing

social discord growing
collective anxiety as well
anger and rage erupting
the country on edge
a power keg near exploding

no concerns for public safety
no concerns for national security
thousands of patriots pissed off
and protesting

citizens being arrested and jailed
for social media tweets
police task force patrolling the internet
while crime increasing in the streets
police searching for tweets
the government doesn’t like

free speech in once Great Britain
being silenced daily
1984 in 2025

suicidal elitists destroying
the country
its traditions
and its identity

God save Great Britain.

Some people claim
they have summoned them
and the experience was real

I’ve seen Dr. Greer’s Documentary
Close Encounters of the Fifth Kind
I think for free on Amazon
a few years back

lights in the sky
lights streaking on the ground

supposedly intuitive downloads
experiences of deep peace

some skeptics claim the
contacts are fake
flares and lasers used
to stage the lights in the sky
and on the ground
and group belief
making fake contacts
happen

to me, it looked real
but to my surprise
no clear UFO sightings
except for the sky
and ground lights

no aliens appeared
in person
or inside the participant’s
minds

no UFOs touched down
on the ground

don’t think anyone received
telepathic messages

I was expecting to see
or hear of that
kind of proof of
bona fide alien
manifestations

never did

nonetheless
after looking into
otherworldly matters

I’ve come to believe
aliens are bona fide –
and that they are here.

changes in the brain
maybe in the biology
as well

change the way
time passes

days melt into nights

almost as if in the blink
of an eye

hastening you to the
day you die.

or even more advanced,
were on this planet before

in the 4.54 billion years
earth has been in existence

those dead civilizations
buried deep within the earth

hidden and unfound
so far

another theory or reality
maybe Shiva’s dance is factual

the cosmos
created

dissolved
in unnumbered cycles
again and again ad infinitum

civilizations far more advanced
than ours, human, alien, hybrids
dissolved, gone forever

creations birthed
sustained
dissolved
Shiva’s dance over and over
eternally.

I’ve heard people claim they’re vampires
on YouTube and in documentaries

they’re not the fictional creatures of the night
they’re just sick humans who find human hosts

to donate their blood to them to drink
but not enough to harm the hosts

the fake vampires drink it, claim empowered,
but not with any vampiric, paranormal abilities

just like the unreal, fictional vampires
they are make believe too

they’d be better off with counseling
to heal their vampire personality disorders.

They’re not the walking dead
they’re not the undead
they’re the ant zombies
you probably think I’m kidding
and I love to kid around
but this time I’m not kidding
ant zombies are real
a zombie-ant fungus
Ophiocordyceps unilateralis
zombitizes carpenter ants
it infects the ants, gets inside
them and controls them
eventually it forces the ant
to crawl up a small plant
sink its mandibles into it
and locks it in till it dies
but at least the infection
doesn’t create a hellish
zombie ant apocalypse
intent on killing off the
entire insect world.

Unidentifiable dead bodies fished out of the Seine
and scooped off streets of Paris

put on display behind windows on tilted, marble slabs
their clothes hung next to their bodies

became public viewing at a morgue named La Morgue
at first to try to identify the nameless corpses

eventually free entertainment for the masses
sometimes as many as 40,000 visitors a day

gawking at the dead bodies of men, women
and children

vendors hawked goods outside the morgue
that had a greater attendance than theaters

visiting La morgue became a social event
to see and be seen at

open seven days a week from dawn to 6pm
locals and tourists attended in droves

a ghoulish good time for every one of them
parents even brought their children

who would ever have imagined
rubbernecking the decaying dead

would become popular entertainment
at a Paris morgue in the 1800s.

nuptial bliss
love forever
happy days
years later
resentments arose
arguments ensued
hate crept in
love ran away
couldn’t stand
each other
could no longer
be together
wise reader,
tell me true
why is it
nuptial bliss
often ends
like this?

Never tried any techniques
to try to have lucid dreams

but occasionally I get
them

and sometimes they are
annoying lucid dreams

had one the other night
in it I’m with a woman

who is my girlfriend
or my wife

I do better in dreams
than in real life

just kidding, I don’t
pursue women in real life

in the dream the woman
is sitting next to me

a guy approaches her
bends down to try to kiss her

I get homicidally enraged
and roar

touch her, and I will
knock you the fuck out

terrified, he backs away
and I know I can knock him out

I wake up relieved it was
just a dream

I’m too old to be acting crazy
or trying to knock people out.

In a dream I had last night

I saw fire burst out of a cell phone

I saw a building engulfed in flames

fortunately the dream won’t be prophetic

I don’t dream precognitive dreams.

When I was in the Air Force decades ago
after basic training I was told to select
where I wanted to be stationed next

I had two choices: I picked England or Japan,
but as usually is the case, you don’t get
either one.

I was sent to Zweibruecken, Germany instead

I was single and in my late teens then and
dreamed of having an exotic girlfriend,
an English or a Japanese one in either order

though while in Germany, I got to see Paris
and Rome, and a pope in a balcony,
I never made it to England or Japan

and never found an exotic girlfriend,
which back then, wild as I was,
was probably for the best.

Some people are about
small talk all or most of
the time

they seem able to small
talk almost incessantly

some hang out in places
where they small talk
for hours

me, I couldn’t do that
I’d get too bored

except with a woman
I loved

I could listen to her
small talk endlessly
as if her words

were the most important
words on the planet

as if her words
were like the words from
an angel talking to me

I guess love can make
small talk as big and

as wonderful as if the
words poured right
out of the heavens –
at least for me.

Do we meet people in dreams
that we never met before?
Sometimes I think we might,
that maybe dreams intersect.
I’ve seen many people in dreams
that I never knew in this world.
I’ve wondered if they were real
people who were seeing me
in the dream too.
But unaware that they
were as real as me.
Then again, are these people
living in this world, or on
another plane of existence,
or are they all imaginary?
I’ve seen deceased people
I knew in a couple of dreams.
I believe those were more
than ordinary dreams
I think they were ADCs,
After Death Communications.
I’ve often seen attractive
women in dreams, never
erotic, sometimes romantic,
and wondered if there are
any people who have
real romances in dreams,
like real dream lovers.
Maybe dreams are just
dreams, but I believe
dreams are sometimes more
than just dreams.
