Sometimes I wish I could
annihilate the need for

a woman in my life.

Usually I can suppress it
but once in a lonely while

it resurfaces.

During those times, I
think to myself I’m too old

for this nonsense.

But I’d rather never have
what I see as a weakness

pester me again.
